Step-by-step guide

    Pick a topic that helps others

    Great first posts share something a prospective or current student would genuinely want to know: hostel food, placement reality, a specific professor, the truth about clubs.

    Tap + and choose Post

    The + button is in the bottom navigation. Choose Post, not Comment or Reply.

    Tag your college

    Type your college name and pick the correct tag. Accurate tagging keeps your post discoverable for the right students.

    Preview and publish

    Tap Preview to check formatting, then Post. Your post appears on your college's feed as your Ghost Identity.

Tips from the Campus Ghost team

  • Keep your app updated — new privacy protections ship every few weeks.
  • Your Ghost Identity is protected end-to-end. Even Campus Ghost cannot link a post back to your real name.
  • If a screen looks different, tap Help inside the app for live, contextual guidance.
