Step-by-step guide

Open Chrome
visit campusghost.in. Tap Create account on the welcome screen.

Enter your email
Use your official email (ending in .gmail.com)

Verify your inbox
Open the verification email we send you and tap Verify your mail id. The link is valid for 30 minutes.

Choose your Ghost Identity
You'll be given three random Ghost handles. Pick the one you like — this is what other students will see on every post. Your real identity is stored encrypted and is never linked to your handle.

Start exploring
Follow your college tag to see posts from your campus, or search for another college you're curious about.
Tips from the Campus Ghost team
- Keep your app updated — new privacy protections ship every few weeks.
- Your Ghost Identity is protected end-to-end. Even Campus Ghost cannot link a post back to your real name.
- If a screen looks different, tap Help inside the app for live, contextual guidance.

Yes. Every core feature on Campus Ghost is free for verified students.
Will other students see my real identity?
No. Campus Ghost only ever shows your Ghost Identity in posts, comments and votes.
